Posting posting

Ok, One summer I got a call from a Neighbor that there was a skunk around their house and wanted me to shoot it (they knew I have a pellet gun, an RWS Diana model 45 .177 adult air rifle, man this thing looks like a deer rifle).

Any way I went down the street and found it sniffing around one of the air vents for under their house. I watched it and it wandered off toward some trees. At about 27 paced yards I popped it but didn't kill it. I got it at the base of the skull and killed all control over everything south of it's front legs. Well it kept crawling using the front legs so I got within 10 yards and popped it again between the eyes, lights out (never did spray). Well I told the city and they said that several folks in our area of town had reported seeing them and that I could shoot all them I could find.

Word got out that I could shoot them and by the time summer was over I had killed 9 of them(I think) total and the city had shot 6. I only had one spray but it wasn't a full load and you could hardly smell it at all.

All total I guess I have killed about a dozen of them in our little area of town and the last one was I THINK two years ago,but it might have been just last summer. So now if anyone sees one they call us.

do you use hollow points, wadcutters, or pointed pellets?

My daughter and I shoot pellet guns together..

She is actually my wife's daughter..she's 13

she wants me to adopt her and actually her dad finally agreed today, actually yesterday,
