I know for a lot of the dogs here that 1 1/2 mile in 30 minutes would be so easy. but for me at 58, fat, out of shape it is a task. BUT I can tell I am improving. I did the first mile in 23 minutes and 12 seconds, the fastest I have ever done it.

Yeah, if I don't the doctor is going to DOUBLE my blood pressure medicine. That more than anything else has got my kiester in gear. I do not want to up that medicine.

Having the treadmill at home is a BIG help. All I gotta do is walk into the spare bedroom and start walkin.

Plus I can vary the incline level. I never walk at less than an incline of 3 and have gotten all the way to 6. My average is 4-5 incline.
