Maybe start a journal, I did that once and it did help me. I just wrote down my thoughts wherever they took me and read back over what I had written from time to time.

And in time I was able to see that I was close to loosing it. If I hadn't written that stuff I probably would have been in real trouble.

and NO, I am not saying you are that way, just that it really helped bring me back.

well i eventually set the bottle down and once i get this fishing thing sorted i think i will be back on track. probably be selling off a few knives to getting on the road for a few months. but i'm fine... just stuff to do.

nah everything is okay... my best friend and business partner passed away in may. like a big brother... met him on a forum like this 10 years ago and even his son thought we were brothers. big loss but a bigger blessing...

hehe the first knife I was ever given by someone here was a Muppy from lazi. Still don't know who bought it.
