I'm back. Survived the treadmill braindead zone. Mile and a half in 36 minutes, speed 2.5mph, incline level6. climbed 435 vertical feet in that distance. I keep improving, small increments, but they add up. I can already tell a difference from when I started a month and a half ago.
So I see that AFF is gonna make a run, and on a Ganzaa night to boot!

So I see that AFF is gonna make a run, and on a Ganzaa night to boot! I pulled my treadmill out the other night to walk on. My brother picked it up at a yard sale, and gave it to me. Make a long story short, it's weight limit is only 200 lbs, and I think I killed it. It tries to run, but when I walk it bogs it down to almost nothing. Oh well. Guess I'll have to just get out and walk the old-fashioned way.
