When I was going to the gym, I was doing 2 1/2 miles in about ~50 minutes every other day.

We got our treadmill from Sears. A Nordictrac, I forget which model. I made sure that my fat asterisk didn't exceed the limit, ours says up to 350 so I was 75 pounds under that. I really do like having it. I can walk when ever I want no matter what the weather is. I haven't been on it as much as I would like to be, but life gets in the way of things we want to do sometimes.
