Double Cut is twice blasted. It is not cutting of the blade shape, it is blast finishing the blade. No such description (as far as I know) as single cut, that does not exist. If it existes it's likely called sand or bead blasted not single cut. The DC finish is sometimes more expensive than a cobat grade coated blade because of the labor involved to blast it twice. A process that produces a "double cut" blade finish. Very matte, fairly smooth textured and pretty darn sweet. The double cut Shanks are the only version I am currently considering in the Ganza. The Scrap Max variants are a certain buy.

And the canvas Pork Shanks seem to be a good value.

And the canvas Pork Shanks seem to be a good value. . They are the best deal. But the jungle and camo one are the best looking.

Its called double cut because they bead blast with 2 different medias.
You can order competition finish which is a single bead blasting from busse for the same price as cg but i dont know if scrapyard or swamp rat offer the same
