I can only make educated guesses on the specs of the two new Elmax knives on the Ganza. Dan or Renee or someone can you please fill us in?

Specs would be great.

Also, I'm wondering if there are any test pics like I've seen with Bussekin 154cm and D2.

I need one of these!!! I have a Yard Dog that has been on Kitchen Duty since Blade 07 or was it 08....

Either way.....that thing is one stained ugly knife these days. Some fresh kitchen cutlery would make the wife happy!!!!

Dan or someone I think said:

Small Elmax = 3 inch blade, looks to be the same .090 thickness
Large Elmax = 4 3/4 inch blade, again same .090 thickness

Could it be the 340 is 3.4 inches and the
460 4.6 inches?
The first one is 3.75 inches.
