they are usually really good and nice about the fake go's. my first ganza I got the ratchutemandu and was quick on the gun and sent the email on a fake go and they sent me an email saying it wasnt the real go and to just resend my email and it was all good. If I wouldnt of seen these couple of posts Id of missed it as I was talking to my gf and not paying attention to the forums like I have been all day ha.

I really don't think there was as large a crowd for this ganza as in the past. A year or two ago, so many people were reloading that it was like a denial of service attack over on the BladeForums server. Lot's of folks have posted about being/feeling poor.

I went for one 711 w/ penetrator and a 311 to piggyback that I hope is actually thinner than the posted 0.25".
Then doubled up on each of the Scrap Maxs. Requested a Sniper too, and so on...

Ishikawa posted a comparative spine shot in this thread Oh My...Some ELMAX data / comparisons; it's not what you want to hear, but his 311 looks pretty thick.

I fell for a fake Go on my first one. I thought I had a proxy tonight but crashed out and found out my proxy could not do it. No big deal, I went ahead and sent an email just in case. You never know, you might get lucky if it is a blade/hawk that many were made of (my hope).

Emails sent early from being tricked into firing one off never counts against you. You are not disqualified nor penalized from trying again at the real GO. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

For future reference, you can use the same email address to send another email. There is not a limit of one email per email addy or anything.

It is in good fun to try a little trickery, but I doubt anyone would find humor in this if this caused folks to be eliminated from a Ganza or penalized in any way, because eventually, just about everyone gets fooled sooner or later...and I speak from experience... Best thing to do is jump back in the game and revel in your speedy recovery to score what you went after! Then you can gloat that although ya got tricked, you still got your hooves (err, PAWS <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> ) on what you wanted.

BTW, prolly plenty o' Sniper Hawks (I'm guessing), so if you did shoot again, your chances are probably still pretty good.

Unfortunately, I'm on vacation and only had my phone to check during the 9 to 10 time frame...and I fell for the fake one as well. Oh well...more vacation money.
