screwed around and left my edc folder at home. you would think i left my prosethetic limb. felt naked all day or something... all day I could tell something of value was missing. weird feeling...

It really throws my mojo off to leave something I normally carry everyday. It bugs me even if I forget the challenge coin I carry.

Not too shabby. Kicking back and enjoying the cooler weather. We finally had a normal summer day. Enough rain to mess up a clean car and a high of 84 degrees. Like it should be.

you ever do anything with that other ar lower?

I have the lower built out. I just need to fit an upper to it. I haven't been competing this year. Can't find enough ammo and when I can I haven't been able to afford it. I need to build an upper or find one I like.

I should just throw a 18 inch barreled flat top on it and use it for a varmint rifle. Plenty of praire dogs to take out.

we got a good bit of rain. cooled us down some... seems to have calmed the mosquitos down some. couldn't stand outside five minutes without getting swarmed. didn't get out fishing this morning but hopefully it'll be nice in the morning.

I built the lower for a working rifle so I will probably go with a 16 inch barrell and still go with a flatop and I will throw an aimpoint and some flipups on it. I can still put a scope on it and use it for praire dog medicine when I feel the urge.

We haven't had enough water to have mosquito problems this year. I'm not sure I have seen one here yet.

thinking of getting a lower. no real interest in .223 but cant deny the versatility of the ar platform. don't know... .300 aac pistol maybe... maybe a 9mm... can't make ip my mind but figure having a lower sitting around wouldn't hurt.

I need to buy another lower to replace the one I broke the ears off the trigger guard years ago. Still functions fine and I put a stark grip on it but it annoys me still.
