If you like chicken gizzards and you are ever in Sikeston Missouri, go about one block north of malone and main street ON MAIN (hwy 61) and stop at Jays Chicken. Things are so tender they almost fall apart in your mouth.

Just successfully finished 2 knifes on the wicked edge. It was expensive, but a splurge that I had calculated.
