So, basically, for a large part of the US it's just the middle of the afternoon. Do you have a kind of nation wide 'let's go have summer holidays elsewhere' period like we do? If this seems an idiotic question, it's because I don't know about how this period is like in other countries.
Never really thought about it...

found a truck i like. but when i tried the four wheel drive it got stuck in four low.... not good

Makes no sense. You can buy a complete rifle and turn it into a pistol. That's the ATF for you.
