i only have the blade show max and the 460. the 460 would be my fave but the grind job is not as nice and the blade max.

I think that is a bang up trade! You can still get a 511 if you really want one. The MO one is cool but De-Reg is the shiz!
I had a 340 and the 460 but i let the 460 go, just seemed to long of a blade for being so thin. Great slicer but not what I need.

I have the 340 and the Scrapmax from blade. I prefer the Scrapmax due to the extra length. Would like to try a 460.
