But according state law they can't legally sell u one either, not saying it is right just the current reading of the law.

Atf won't even let out of state sales of lowers because of being able to convert to a hand gun.

i wanted a bcm or lmt lower to put a bcm recce upper on. i have no use for a ar pistol or sbr.
i live in farm country where a recce fits the bill best for varmit removal
