that's brutal! Been in high spirits this Monday when I arrived at work... and every day I come across another f...-up... The FDM / MOAD sure is a large chunck of steel! I'm betting it's SR101 but SR77 would be a winner too!

LOL, it's the way of the world lately. Work has been rough all around. I love my job but I think the stress level is the highest its ever been all across the board and it's not letting up at all.
I am also in a position where I cannot keep my head down. I have to stand tall and keep chugging along because if I don't those that work for me will suffer. It's "interesting".

Know how you feel. Nothing like the patient that you work really hard to get the right diagnosis and find out they are not very sick, then they are mad because they aren't getting the medicine or surgery they were sure they needed.

Medicine is so obsessed with "customer service" nowadays that lots of docs feel pressured to treat patients just to make them happy, even if it is inappropriate or potentially harmful.

If I went to the Dr thinking something bad was going on and found out it was better than I thought I would be happy. Then again I think surgery is a last resort for many thing and medicine as well. As long as thats something I can control.
