My stepson gave us some Herbalife stuff to try for weight loss and health,considering we are both diabetic, Me with High bloodpressure and Patty's health issues.

I took a "Sleep aid" called sleep now (not sure it really helped me) and a power you mix in water called Niteworks. I THINK that stuff is amazing! It is supposed to help control (lower blood pressure) and help you get RESTFUL sleep. It's kinda pricy, $90.00 for a months supply, but I'll tell you if it IS that stuff that is making me feel this way, I will be a regular customer.
He also gave (OK,we PAID for this stuff) some Meal replacement stuff that is really good called Healthy meal Formula 1.

You might want to check this stuff out yourself Todd.

I'd love to, but with prices like that I think I'll stick to Jack Daniels LOL

Yeah kinda what I thought, but it that stuff does help me rest and has the health benefits, it will be cheaper than the Doctor doubling my Blood Pressure meds.
