I almost put a firesteel loop on the front of it...If I had an extra steel i prolly would have just to see what ya thought

I really like that design..It is stable and fairly quick after it gets broke in some, and holds very well...I almost got the chance to make ME one just like it, but I ran out of leather!!lol

Getting the layout took longer than I had thought, but it came together nicely in the end, if I do say so myself! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Paul...Yea it is a bit old school, but the design works and isnt that expensive to build...It is more suited for a large blade (distributes the weight) but it should wear really well for extended times (due to the weight being stread out like a pistol/revolver holster)
