There was a lot, and I mean A LOT, of bickering back and forth about the guard on the Regulator when the regular production model was announced. Many members on the test team, myself included, felt that the regular production model should have a steel guard. It got real ugly and a hundful got banned.

I guess that for now I'll have to make do with duct tape and 711 & 911... Might end up being slightly longer than MOAD... I do have a question though: a lot of people are posting about the Zip&Talk knife being a large one. Is this substantiated by anything other than just hope or has Dan slipped some info to this effect?

I'm asking because if it's not gonna be a Scraphawk or Scrapzilla I'm actually hoping for something a lot less hefty, 3-5" of 0.09-0.150 thick Elmax for instance.
Either way, I'm certain we're in for something awesome!
