Howdy all. Got my first SYKCO a 511 on another forum it just came yesterday. I put a mirror polished edge on her and took her out back this morning and hacked up a pile of walnut branches to test her out. She performed extremely well for a 5" knife she was hackin thru branches 2" thick with one whack. Can't wait to get my hands on a 711 or 911 now sorry for the rambling woof

Sweet, glad you decided to share. The 511 is a good start and I understand the want for the 711, 911, etc.

Like my 711 enough that I ordered a Ganza/Blade variant too.

Thanks everyone putting the edge on it gave me a work out. I cleaned her up when I got done and she's still shaving sharp and no evidence of the coating smoothing. I like a knife I can use and abuse and she just stands there and says "Is that all you got" .......and so the addiction begins
