One time I received our bank statement and we had a strange $3000.00 credit; my wife asked about it. Turns out I had written a check for $300.00, but someone at the bank made a typo and added an extra zero! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> I spoke with the bank president, showed him my check duplicate, and they immediately corrected my account. Check your statements closely! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

It wiped out my savings because I have bills due. So everything I saved for goes for paying bills and taking care of business until I get the cash back. Its just a matter of time.

My main issue was the wife spent 1 grand that she swore she told me about. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> She didn't. It happens to be the money to pay for 2 vehicles registration and fuel and food for my Elk camp and Elk processing.

I have to change all my plans for the year. Her spending backfired on her. I am implementing the Ramsey financial plan. We are doing nothing but paying bills until everything is paid off.

Yeah...I'm the spender, not my wife. Hope the AC gets to working HD and GD. MB, hope you can still come up with the cash for the elk. That would be a sucky thing to have to miss.

Its going to be real sucky. I have already paid for my tags and used all my point when I drew for my deer tag. But the cash I set aside is gone.
