I have to fly up upstate NY with my family for a wedding. I normaly EDC a fixed blade and a Spyderco or benchmade. I don't want to check any bags. So my options are to find a dog or any kin with a sheath on the secondary like a scrapavore, SW, or any small well priced knife and
Have it sent to my parents house for when I get there. My other option is to order a Spyderco tenacious in green sprit run and have it sent there. My last option is that my uncle owns a HD dealership witch carries the HD benchmade line and buy what ever they have this will still coast just as much if not more then a fixed dog or Kin. Then when I'm done I need to send it back home. What to do?

what part of up state newyork...... watertown. i have s friend in the area and will se him in a few days. just go to some place and get a $20 gerber or buck...... if you are spending a few nights or a week there then they will work fine but then you have no real money loss if you cant get it home.

Guess any of you own suggestions will work.
If I want a new knife I just buy it...
Otherwise you could mail the Spyderco you already have there and back...
