I'm excited about this 1311. The only thing that could make it more special, is if Dan would give the JYDs an option for Sage/Tan. History shows that a Sage or Muddy/Tan could show up at Blade or other show/Ganza. But then he did say this is an exclusive for forum members. I'll take one of each please.

I'll need a scabbard for my 1311 to mount it to my Yard Tractor....red kydex would match.

The 11 series that I have are as follows.
311: 3.5" x .187"t 8" O.A.L.
511: 5.5" x .195"t 10" O.A.L.
711: 7.5" x .250"t 13" O.A.L.
911: 9.5" x .260"t 14.5" O.A.L.
So maybe the 1311 will be 13.5" blade, 18.5 O.A.L.
I'm thinking it will have to be .250" thick in order to fit the handles in stock.

I have a fellow knife nut mate who very kindly made a sheath for my M9 - he thought it was a short sword! Can't wait to the biggest chopper yet that Dan has created for us!
