With a little time and patience kydex is easy enough. Hey MB. How do you get the thumb depression in kydex like most the makers do to assist in de sheathing. Is that done while still hot or something. I haven't tried bending kydex yet but I want to.

I just bend it while its hot. Or spot heat it. Takes a careful touch if you have to spot heat it so it doesn't release the rest of the shape.

I made a pocket sheath for a scrapivoire with the kydex from a leftover dogfather sheath. It isn't pretty but it holds tight and works well
