mid and late twenties for me... could run a jump rope full speed all day then go do warehouse work tossing 50-70 boxes.

They were a lot of fun. I wish I still had the time to compete. It kept me driven to workout. I am competative. I was not happy the first time I competed and lost. The second time I got a gold in one area and then I started to dominate my division. Then I moved up and it was very competative.
