A picture of my 1942 Winchester 1897 Trench gun. Do you have a bayonet for that guy? On that shottie you can hold the trigger back and fire using the pump correct? You are correct.....much fun! Now i want one. how much does one of those run for?

Marlin 1895G in .450 Marlin. So, I take it you are a Marlin fan. Yep. They make some great lever guns. No love of Winchester? They're a little pricey for me. My Dad has a very nice brand new Winchester Ranger in .357. I like the way it handles. I wish Marlin made one that short.
I've got a Trapper model in .357 .....that 16" barrel comes in handy.
Now that you mention it, I think it may be a Trapper rather than a Ranger.
Oh man! for an authentic winchester Trench gun......If you've gotta ask, you can't afford one. That's if you are from the USA....I've seen them go for $3500 U.S. in the states. The high price is probably related to the low production numbers....There were only around 20,000 made that were real U.S. military trench guns. If you could find one in Canada about $700-1000 and factor in big buck for an excellent condition Bayo. You can buy knock off versions.

Does the trapper have a saddle ring?
