I have the Roger Phillip's book, and the Peterson's, and the Audubon, and the Golden, etc.
But they are all secondary. There's one definitive work on this subject, in my opinion...

before I knew better I used to go metal detecting and would find great mushrooms (like the skull) and kick them over!
