Anyway... I took my broken monitor to Best Buy. they said it would be about 10 days or so for them to send it out to be tested.
I originally purchased it for $289 + warranty and taxes.
I tried to talk them into giving me credit of the $289 towards a new computer.
They said they would need to try to fix it first. make sure you call the headquarters, ask for a manager, and tell them the deal, bestbuy isn't known for their great store service bro! Thanks WD... I will try to work on them tomorrow. I will try to reach a "relavent" manager. I don't know that I expect them to offer me the funds towards a new computer until they find out about the monitor, but I don't want my computer to crash, have to pay a lot for a new computer, then have an extra monitor that I don't really need now. I was (and am) just hoping for Best Buy to want to earn my business on the purchase of a new computer. . get all names and be courtious and ask for time frames, won't hurt a bit, tell them you belong to several computer forums (this is one right?) Good advice.

My computer has just been shutting down on it's own.
I never know when. Check the power supply. Mine is going out as well.

But, the computer has had other strange issues that make me believe something is wrong with the Hard Drive as well. The hard drive makes some very hard click noises like it is locking up. there are other problems as well. Taking FOREVER long for certain things to run. Random on when problems happen. My CD/DVD drive isn't reading either. There is actually a second CD drive, but it's drawer doesnt' open. too many issues.
