Gonna make a jacket or backpack Jeff? That's what a lot of people make in addition to the sleeping quilt/bag I have been working on a pack for awhile now. I keep changing my mind. I really want the 1311 to show up. I want to plan my pack around carrying it. Then I know anything else will fit in its spot. I have been messing around with the opening on the bottom. It makes more sense in how we pack. You want your nice down sleeping bag at the top not getting squished. That means you usually need to pack it last. I have seen some other do it and it looks very useful. I am toying around.

I thought I saw it somewhere else, I don't know if that guy is a metallurgist either. No saying he is blowing smoke, just that I'm not sure about that statement.

I want to fit my rucki onto a ebberlystock battleship when I can afford it. Do you have a target weight in mind for your pack? Not sure either but I have done my research on 3v. I have a few blades I am waiting on. They are going to be stiff competition for the other steel I have
