Well it just you can do something does not mean you should. I have no problem with it, are they supposed to sell them for cost plus shipping?
No but a hundred dollar mark up could seem excessive. I think an auction starting at 10 bucks over cost would be reasonable and you would make money no matter what. I sell stuff all the time and I like to make 10 to 20 percent profit I feel good about that as I made something and I didn't rip off the other guy.

I really dont care either. Just shocked they didnt wait a little. Auctions I think are better when you are the first one listing it for sale. Setting the price kind of makes people go hmm....and then figure the markup out like you did Runit. Everyone is surely entitled to do what they wish.

Everyone is surely entitled to do what they wish. Exactly but it doesn't mean its the honorable thing to do. That is my one and only point on this subject.

Everyone is surely entitled to do what they wish. Exactly but it doesn't mean its the honorable thing to do. That is my one and only point on this subject. Honorable is something everyone should live by. Everyones definition could be different. This guy could feel he is providing a great service to those who missed the show. Never know what others are thinking when they do stuff. I was mearly making an observation with my op. We are all trying to make a little on most things we do, its what we have to do. We can also choose who we do business with. The funny thing to me is how lui kang got picked on for his business practices and prices(on BF). Some of the stuff he has listed I think is reasenable compaired to some of the X prices. Plus he has rare stuff. We all have lots of choices when it comes to this stuff. No real right or wrong. Its all in the eye of the beholder

True true and the market should set its self, if people are paying those prices then its a good price. I guess I'm just a cheap *** butt lol and I would rather buy them from busse and wait than paying 100 bucks to get it now. Lol

I have sold lots of stuff too and have lost money on stuff. I am a sucker and always try to make good deals. Some folks just take advantage of their good fortune to make some money. Prices always find their level and maybe they will get down to a fair price for everyody.

I love it when we can express our OPINIONS and no one gets a pain in their rear from it. PLeasure chatting with some upstanding Gents
No one will ever see eye to eye on these things. Free market usually settles all the arguments in the long run with the law of averages. I have learned that if you are not the one buying from the factory, you dont want to be first to buy in the aftermarket most of the time. It usually goes a little high at first and then flattens out for awhile. Once it starts climbing again is when you dont see them for sale that often. They have found more longterm homes and everyones happy. Then the price starts to go past the initial aftermarket. If you do it right you wont take many loses but you have to have patience. Their are always exceptions and one should proceed only after reading rule number one: No Regrets

Don't know the seller, but those are definitely $100 or more mark ups from KC. I was talking to some of the resellers and most said they mark up 20% just to make 11% after ebay fees and taxes. I'm not against any of the resellers, just sucks when you go to events like KC and if you not the first 10, you probably won't get much in terms of INFI. Scrap and Swamp stuff is plenty though.

If I go to the next knob I will do what it takes to be one of the first few through the door so I can get what I want. How does it work Luck? Do you stand in line before the open hour to check it out and they give you a number or something so that when its time to buy you are in the same order? Just curious how it goes down.
