I had the same deal last fall. That set me back about 3500 we have a big yard. The mutts like it though.

can see how that would still be on your mind skunk. but yup, sometimes plans just don't work out. just makes the trip much more valuable. i hope you get our vacation soon.
if you still have the free time I suggest using google maps and looking for any spots of interest close to you. this is what I did when I started fishing. I just looked for any blue body of water and went there. when it gets cold I may just locate every park and walking path in my area. then just plan to walk them all at some point. lot of things to see I wouldn't have normally found.
or... break just break out the fishing gear!

We've been to all the "Sights" locally lazi. That's one of the problems of living in a reclaimed swamp. EVERYTHING 'cept bugs and critters is miles and miles away.
