Hey Skunk. Came through it pretty good. Lost my internet but that's about it. Other people have not done so well. There are people I work with that still do not have power and roads are still closed as the debris get cleaned up.

On a positive note I got my 411's yesterday. Another home run for Dan.

Storms are never good, and it's even worse (of course) when the devastation is so widespread. I really feel sorry for all the folks up that way. I know how it was one year when our little town just lost some trees and some houses only lost power for about 4 days.

Estimates go as high as 2 weeks without power. Not pretty.

I'd like to have a 411, but still up on the fence about it, AGAIN! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> I've got the Wardog, Wardog HACK and S5. I'm not sure I need a 411 as the blade length on it is only 3/4 (at the most) shorter than the Wardog or S5. And with all the extra expenses we had last month and now again this month.....

PLUS I don't actually "Get out there" like I did at one time. Now days it's just nothing more than walking around the gravel roads on Mingo from time to time.

Specially if it's record hot or cold temperatures and folks don't have gas heat to stay warm.

If you have an S5 you basically have a 411. The difference is minimal when you put them side by side. The only reason you might want one is because of the price. They are cheap now but in a few years they will command a premium.
