I want a lever .357 or .44mag
I've had a marlin 44 Remington mag for about 20 years now

How do you like it? Do you use .44 special in it too?

I use it for hunting deer and consider it equal to the 30/30 out to about 125 yards
I never have shot 44 special in it

I would love to see a lever gun in 40 S&W or 45 ACP.

well there's a handful of semiauto carbines in 40 and 45. I have a sub2000 in 40 and I've been pretty happy with it. been a lot fun to shoot and can run through some ammo pretty fast. i may take it on a stroll or two if I ever get hunting like I want to. I haven't shot much hot ammo through it but have read online that it can perform similar to .357 out of a handgun. would rather just have a nice .357 rifle but I do want to know what my 40 cal rifle can hunt. i'm thinking it would be fine for some smaller hogs..

I have the 9mm hipoint carbine which is a great little performer but i would still like a lever in 40 or 45.

would be interesting for sure. don't think I've seen any lever action rifles that fire semi auto ammo. design must really depend on the lip to feed and extract.

I'm always thinking a .357 semi auto carbine would be nice to have.

Thats what I was thinking on why they dont make them. If I could get the hipoint in 357 and a lever in it I would be a happy boy.

would love to have one of these also... too bad I didn't know more about the guns I would want 6 years ago when I could've afforded them.

now that I think about it I may go talk to a guy about what it would take to sbr a rossi ranch hand 357. might not be much more than i would spend trying to get a imi timberwolf.
