First batch fell over, and promptly burst into flames do to the turpentine contacting flame Be very careful my friend, I knew a guy that was heating turpentine on his kitchen stove. His house caught on fire and he lost his 3 and 5 year old daughters in the blaze

I usually use a double boiler when I melt wax and I do it outside

I haven't heard from him in years He tried to commit suicide a couple of times and then moved back east when his wife divorced him
