I have two discs that are compressed and bulging into the spinal canal and putting pressure on the spine itself so when they get inflamed I am almost paralized and in extreme pain. The last time it happened I was stuck on the garage floor for an hour before I could crawl into the house to have my wife call my brother to help get me in the car and to the emergency room, all I can say is take care of your back.

I like that setup psyop. looks like you could do a belt and paper wheels with that.

Its a good tool for 150 bucks. You can run 1 inch or 2 inch belts. It was highly recommended on BF for people just getting started.
