One morning last week I had an omelet made up of three eggs, ham, cheese bell peppers and onions along with some salsa and toast. Boy was it good. Had just the right amount of cheese in it. man I have all of that in the kitchen... just don't feel like cooking. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> may just have to kill the last of the chinese food from last night. won't even be rememeber what I ate once the ole tummy is full.

Cracker Barrel is too far away but there are Denny's all over around here. Also have some IHOP's which are good.

Now on the day shift and swings it's not really all that important, they can always send a deputy to go get them something. I don't have that option.

i don't eat out much anymore but man waffle house with the sun barely up was the best thing.

Yeah there is a waffle house about 30 miles from home, that would be 50 miles from work.

No waffle house. The best thing was years ago working the night shift. You'd get off at 8AM and there was a bar not too far away that would serve breakfast. Nothing like pancakes, sausage and beer.

I miss the old ihop from when I was a kid.. they took breakfast serious. everything was over the top. this was back in the late 80's...

I REALLY miss midnight chow/breakfast in the military.
