But now days, when I want some I just get it at Wally world. Hey it's a lot easier and I don't eat it like I used to.

can't say ive ever had kimchi... think recall it being mentioned before though. ill eat just about anything and I'm like cabbage so ill have to try it...

There's a couple of different types of Kimchi. The stuff they bury and let ferment is the "winter" Kimchi that is hot, hot, hot. The "summer" Kimchi (not sure if it's buried or not) is much less spicy and that's the type that most americans, myself included, like.
