yeah we did about 3-6 inches....kids had a ball. first white christmas for them. its gonna make for an interesting work week for me though!

Happy Belated Christmas everyone! I hope Y'all got just what you were wanting.
Out stepson got us a Kindle Fire along with free netflix! Now all I gotta do is figure out how to work the darn thing. If all else fails I can have our Grandbaby show me how it works. She will be 3 the end of May and is a whiz at working her Mommies Kindle.

Oh I forgot to add, it's snowing like crazy here. And power is out in some areas for some reason or other. I figure we probably get that 7 inch snow (or more) that they were predicting.

Well Our cable TV is on the Fritz. I guess It won't be quite so bad unless (Until?) our internet goes down. Hope it stays in service!

Just talked to the NWS in Paducah (they are our weather predictors) and they said that we will probably as much as 11-12 inches of snow here before it is all over.
Oh and It IS a small world. As I was talking to the "Forecaster" I mentioned I used to work co-located with the Base weather Station in the Air Force. Come to find out we were both stationed at Offutt in Omaha at the same time and knew each other! But for the life of me I can't remember what she looked like. Course I left Omaha in August of 1987. Twenty Five years is a long time to remember someone you worked with but didn't.
