I agree Bill, but even the very best QC has some slip through. But with their warranty I don't think it will hurt them any.

Bill, how would you feel about an R3 (one of the originals) or a Tak? Randy I honestly don't remember what the Tak looks like

I am gonna go do some chores, but will try and check in later. Haven't been able to hang out here much the past month since the ER got busy and I am on backup call all weekend, so hoping I don't have to go in tonight.

I agree Bill, but even the very best QC has some slip through. But with their warranty I don't think it will hurt them any. If they got a bad batch of steel, they would not know about it until it got out to the field

The Tak looks like an ESEE4 blade with an ESEE5 handle.
I love mine enough I sold my 4.
