Yeah tough spot to be in. And he should have said something to her. It wouldn't have to have been mean, just like "please don't kick my dog again". And then he should have done something to try and prevent it from happening again.

YUP, ultimately it IS hers/his like you said, no matter what anyone thinks. There comes a time when you all of a sudden realize that you don't have any control any more.

She's talking about moving to Wilmington, down on the coast, to get her Bachelors degree in nursing. I'm happy she's got her career planned out, but I like her being close by.

I hate the thought of her being that far away.
