I like to roll my crappies in egg wash and then mashed potato flakes. Yum yum! sounds good... im going to try that. also thinking about getting a deep fryer or something. probably just get a bigger cast iron skillet first.

I love my deep fryer. Only wish it was a little bigger so I could do more than a couple pieces at a time.

My favorite fish out of the store is catfish filet, but I'd step in a plate of catfish to get to some crappies.

much rather clean a whole crappie than whole catfish. catfish guts just smell too bad...
