i caught a nice gar in a little swampy area. though I had a bass. got him to the bank and he came off the hook. i would've had to grab him to keep him. never seen one in pesron before and wasn't sure I wanted him. decided i wasn't that hungry and scooted that sucker back in the with my boat. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> biggest fish ive caught so far. was wishing I had grabbed him when I got back home and the remembered the fridge was empty... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

Biggest I ever caught was a 5 ft shark, surf fishing back years ago.

Freshwater, biggest I ever caught was 9 lbs 14 oz largemouth bass.

Caught it bass fishing, it hit a bass plug when I was fishing a rocky bank near some docks.
