Many times the well feelings toward, or the ill will toward a company hinges on just one person.
We are fortunate here that OUR person is Renee. She truly does go above and beyond to see that we get the service that SHE would like to have. I said that we are fortunate, and we are , but not JUST because of Renee. Dan also is a cut above the rest for the way he treats his employees AND customers. His customers are more like family than customers, more than just dollar signs and his caring shows. It flows from him down through everyone that has a hand in Scrapyard Knives.
