Hi guys, some of you might know me form the Busse Combat forum on Bladeforums. First time poster here, long-time knife enthusiast. Depending on which releases sooner, the rattlehawk or 1311 (I registered here late, but the online store still took my PayPal and I didn't get a message saying I've been bad or got the money refunded, so I assume all is good...) will be my first Busse-kin and I'm excited to try some new steel!

Cheers!

Dan

Hello there and welcome to the Yard. I am looking forward to the 1311, but the Rattlehawk is calling to me too. Decisions, decisions!

Men you can't trust, women you can't trust, beasts you can't trust, but Bussekin steel you can trust

Now Jeff, WHAT would you use the Rattlehawk for? Your school kids are all included in the closed season so you can't use it to keep them in line. I think the 1311 would be your best bet.

Hi Dan and welcome to the Yard. Like Skunk said doesn't matter which knives you get they're easy to pick up and hard to put down. Boss Dog designs em to be used and abused for long periods of time and he keeps us Dogs spoiled and happy

The hills of Livermore actually

If you know where The Junction is on Mines Rd., waaay up in the hills.

Awesome! I'm on 160 acres up here and there's plenty of logs around to chop on. If you feel the urge to get away from the city or find yourself up here I live in the one bedroom apartment behind The Junction and I'm usually around, rattle my gate (no doorbell) and say hi.
