What did you have to do to get the scales to work Hooker?

What did you have to do to get the scales to work Hooker? Not sure what you mean, but they bolted right up, no problems. On the B11 piggyback, the Warden sheath was formed for the cord wrap. Just heated up the opening with the heat gun and threw it in the press. It had enough material to give good retention still.

Ok, I thought you said you had to do something to get the scales to fit.

for anyone that isn't aware, i guess the low down is that pre 2007 swamp wardens are .187 thickness and post 2007 are .155 thick. the first gen of scales fit the .155 and they're working on new ones to fit the older models.

Great comparison pics Hooker I find the mud puppy a little big for what I am looking for in an edc fixed blade. That warden looks to be just about right

I got the orange scales on a grey warden. They took a bit to snap in, because the machining is perfectly tight, which is a very good thing. I love the way it feels in the hand. Exactly what I wanted for the warden.
Still need to modify the kydex sheath slightly to fit.

Ben did an AWESOME job on these scales!!! Unfortunately, they're a little too wide on my original relaese fatty Wardens, so he has my Wardens now and is working up a modified design to fit them. Can't wait!!!
