How do you think it will fair as a survival/utility knife. I need a good working knife that won't let me down and would be a good survival knife if need be. The reported toughness of INFI is what originally drew me too SY knives.

Now I really want one! Looks like it is gonna be perfect for what I am looking for. It's a very fast blade in the hand. It's very lightweight, but strong enough to punch through "stuff".

Light, does it all, last through it all, I wouldn't know what is better for me.

That knife and a flint would fit the bill for sure.

for me the second choice would be Fallkniven F1. For size, strength, feel, weight.

The other knife I was considering is the RAT Tak I have a TAK. It's a nice knife and in fact is my favorite knife in their line. It's a bit heavier than the SS4, but I can't seem to get mine as sharp as my SS4. I believe the SS4 is worth the extra money.
