Ha, I don't have an internal clock. Well, I do, but I don't get jet lag or have trouble flipping from sleeping at night to sleeping in the day.
I had a friend who didn't believe me when I told him I didn't use alarm clocks(he needed 3, really) I told him to tell me a time to wake up and I'd wake up at that time and he said 6am. I was in Seattle on business at the time and staying at his house and did not have an alarm clock with me.
I woke up at 5:59am

My Dad's side of the family is like that. We've always been able to sleep whenever and wake up when we need to.
