Did you do the "stone wash" in a commercial vibrator or a rock tumbler?

I should have took pics with the orange ones, but threw those away, ordered blue ones instead.

Luck...lookin' good brother! I love it!

Could you do a quick tutorial (or further explanation) on the stone-wash process?

The chief cause of unhappiness and failure is trading what you want most in life for what you want at the moment.

Sure, it's actually pretty easy.
Need:
1. Container (cylinder is preferred, but not necessary) that will fit the knife or media tumbler (the kind you use for cleaning brass ammo)
2. Rocks-preferably roundish, just don't want sharp rocks. I got some at good ol' Wally world.
3. Squirt of WD-40 or some other lubricant. Rocks bounce off and don't stick.

Fill container or media tumbler 1/3 to 1/2 way with rock and place knive inside. Squirt a couple sprays of lubricant. Turn on tumbler or roll container around for about an hour. Your done. Youtube has a few video's, but I didn't use any specific one.

You can also put the same container (wrapped and taped up in a towel) in the dryer. The towel dampens the impacts, and you will end up with the same effect. Just make sure it's wrapped up well! Otherwise, you might have some 'splainin to do.

Didn't think of that. Thanks, WW. Be pretty aggressive with the shaking and rolling.

This project is done. Epoxied the liners. Out of blue liners, so orange it is.
