Back up your photos to Dropbox, GDrive, SkyDrive, etc. If you have a Note II, I am betting that you have a Google account with some gigabytes of storage already available. 2. Keep the ones that you want to share in a folder with share properties set to "public". 3. Link to your photos with the shortcut provided by the service. 4. You personal information (like email address) is scrubbed from the link that you will be given.
