Anybody made some for their Scrapivore. I saw some that were made by a guy on BF for the Swamp Warden that were really good. Was thinking about trying to make some myself.

I was contemplating making some thin scales for my scrapyard dagger when it arrives, but was not sure how to secure the slabs without them sliding. I know I could glue them, but was thinking of putting some kind of grippy material between the slabs and the steel. If your going to do slabs be sure to throw up a tutorial. That would be much appreciated.

I think your best bet on the dagger would be to drill new holes for the hardwear to go through.

I was hoping to avoid drilling into the handle. Still If this is the only way then so be it. I will wait till I get the knife then plan my attack. I'm pricing out some 1/16 carbon fiber scales right now lol
I would like to know how those scrapivor scales stay in place, probably glued. Luck let me know how you plan on getting the scales to stay in place. Thanks

Or if you machined them to fit the holes in the handle but that would be the really hard way.

On the Wardens, the scales are inletted to fit into the skeletonized handles. There are two sizes of Wardens (the handle cut outs). IF you decide to order a set, let the guy know if a penny will fit inside the cutout at the end of the pommel or if it won't. That will determine which scales you need.
