It was good to see you too. I don't think that I saw what you ended up with; I hope that you post a (or some) picture(s).

By the way, for any folks planning to attend the Knob Creek Machine Gun Shoot. We got a LOT of rain today, so I'd expect parking to be pretty muddy tomorrow. I haven't been in a couple years, but I had to be hauled out of the field by a tractor the last time I went when it was muddy.

There was a single Yard Hook, in red (third table pic), but I didn't get it. There was also one Hell Razor (10th pic, top, bext to the green daggers) -- that would have been my top pick, but it went to someone else. 12th table pic, bottom, just right of center, was a gray handled, satin fat ASH; I'd like to have gotten it for my proxy, but all of the ASHs escaped me too. Just to the left of that picture, at the edge of the table was an ASH that I didn't get in the picture -- it was a standard, with hand-shaped orange/black G-10 handles. It had an excellent, almost hypnotic pattern. I almost grabbed a green 911 (they had green 711s too), but I felt the need to limit my spending and I already have multiples of both knives in black.

I think that the green in my pictures is more "true" than the one Pokey posted on BladeForums. I liked the "zombie green" better than I thought I would, although I preferred the red.

Sorry about bad pics, it's late and I just got home. Once again, I wasn't gonna go but did on a whim. Got my 1st want Game Warden. The rest I picked up cause...well don't have a reason. The best part is Lexi's artwork.

Thank you for the Pics Jim. Man those green blades rock! And I noticed a KD Sniper Hawk with a flat poll on it. What's up with that? Now if Dan would just come out with a special edition Zombie green Waki or something......

They didn't have a name but I called it the snub nose SH. The green stuff got picked up pretty quick. I had a green ratmandu, I should have kept.

I wonder that the snub nose ones may be more versatile for Outdoors?

I think you'll really like that Game Warden; I discounted those small blades for a long time, but you could easily get a pocket sheath and EDC it -- they're probably the most "sheeple friendly" Busse Combat of all. I have a couple Game Wardens, and while INFI might be overkill in a small knife, so long as you don't loose it, it'll hold up to absolutely anything you do with/to it.

They had lots of Rat ManDu customs, and for those going to Knob Creek, several seemed to remain for the sale at the range. I was tempted by some, but didn't "need" more RMDs. However, I think that that handle, shared by the Howling Rat Little Mischief I did pick up, is among the most comfortable of all Bussekins. The Rodent 4 handles also fit my hand very well, and 411s were very tempting too, although I have several Scrapper 5s, which though a little larger, were similar enough that I was able to resist. You did well; every one of those is a practical knife that feels comfortable in the hand.

By the way, for the mods, I was able to edit this post, so the issue I reported yesterday about not being able to edit posts appears to be resolved.
