I believe the '11 series has been a great success, so they are still backed up with orders on the previous knives. Just a guess..
Having only one pancake, leaves more room for bacon!

An 811 would be odd, when the 611 is still MIA. I think we need something a little more radical than a new version of the 911...Cus' then the 711, 811 and 911 would be almost identical, except for length...
